Jessica Plummer serves as the Director of Operations for GRASP (Guided Recovery and Supportive Pathways), where she helps oversee the organization’s mission of supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration, treatment, homelessness, and recovery housing into stable and successful lives.
Jessica brings both professional experience and lived experience to her role. Having once been a recipient of GRASP services herself, she understands firsthand the importance of safe housing, compassionate support, and access to resources during the reentry and recovery process. Her journey is a powerful example of resilience, transformation, and the impact that community support can have on an individual’s life.
Before joining GRASP, Jessica gained extensive experience working within a recovery residence and has developed a strong passion for helping others navigate early recovery and rebuild their lives. Her unique perspective allows her to connect deeply with the individuals GRASP serves while also helping strengthen partnerships within the recovery housing community.
Jessica is committed to giving back the same hope and opportunity that was once given to her. Through her leadership, compassion, and dedication to service, she continues to help others find stability, purpose, and a path forward
