Jo-Lee Mansfield is a business owner, community advocate, devoted wife, mother of three, and person in long-term recovery who has been living a life beyond her wildest dreams since January 2012. Her recovery journey not only transformed her own life but ignited a deep passion for helping others discover the same freedom, hope, and purpose that were so freely given to her.
For more than a decade, Jo-Lee has remained actively involved in the recovery community, dedicating countless hours to carrying a message of hope into hospitals, detox centers, treatment programs, and institutions. She has mentored and supported countless women navigating early recovery, helping them build foundations for lasting change and reconnect with lives they never thought possible. She believes that recovery is one of life's greatest gifts and that every person deserves the opportunity to experience healing, dignity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Jo-Lee currently serves as a board member for Charleston Recovery Center, where she contributes both strategic insight and a servant's heart to advancing recovery resources and support services. Her commitment to service is rooted in gratitude and a deep belief that the most meaningful way to honor the life she has been given is to help others find their own path forward.
Professionally, Jo-Lee is the founder of Costa Living and a respected Gulf Coast real estate professional serving clients throughout Tampa Bay and Florida's Suncoast. Her entrepreneurial experience, leadership skills, and commitment to integrity have allowed her to build a successful business while remaining firmly grounded in service, relationships, and community.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Jo-Lee's greatest joy is her family. Alongside her husband and three children, she embraces the coastal lifestyle that first drew her to Florida's Gulf Coast. Whether boating, surfing, foiling, scalloping, or simply spending time on the water together, she cherishes the moments that remind her how far life has come and how much there is to be grateful for. The ocean, family, recovery, and community remain at the center of the life she has worked hard to build.
Jo-Lee is honored to support GRASPsrq and its mission of strengthening individuals, families, and communities through connection, education, support, and hope. She brings to the organization not only professional leadership experience, but also a heart for service, a passion for recovery, and an unwavering belief that lives can be transformed when people are given the opportunity, support, and encouragement to thrive.
Above all, Jo-Lee leads with gratitude. Recovery has given her far more than sobriety—it has given her a beautiful life, meaningful relationships, the privilege of serving others, and the opportunity to witness transformation in countless lives. She considers it an honor to give back what was so freely given to her and remains committed to helping others discover that recovery is not merely possible, but can become the foundation for a life filled with purpose, joy, and freedom.
